AIIMS NORCET 8 2025
For the purpose of recruiting nursing officers, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test, or AIIMS NORCET, is conducted. Two stages of computer-based testing (CBT-1 and CBT-2) will be used to select candidates. AIIMS NORCET 8 2025 Eligibility Criteria
All those candidates who are interested in the recruitment of Nursing Officer posts must be aware that they fulfill the required eligibility in terms of educational qualification and age limit. Candidates who don’t fulfill the required eligibility for NO post their application forms and selection will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
Educational Qualifications
- The candidates must have registered as Nurses & midwives with the State / Indian Nursing Council.
- Candidates must have completed a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council- recognized Institute or University (OR) Candidates must possess a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/ University.(OR)
- Those who are registered as Nurses & midwives in the State / Indian Nursing Council.
- Candidates having a diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute / Board or Council are also eligible.
- Candidates must have two Years of Experience in a minimum 50-bed Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above as applicable for all Participating AIIMS.
Age Limit (as on 17/03/2025)
To be eligible for AIIMS Norcet 8 2025, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 17/03/2025. According to the recruitment policies of the relevant hospitals and institutes, the upper age limit for the reserved category shall be lowered.
