CIL Management Trainee Salary 2025
During the training period the selected candidates who will hold Management Trainee positions in E-2 Grade receive Rs. 50,000/- as initial monthly basic pay. The employees who complete their one-year training period and pass the required evaluation qualify for promotion to E-3 Grade with a pay range from Rs.60,000 to Rs.1,80,000 per month and start at basic pay Rs.60,000 per month for a one-year probationary period.
