IB Security Assistant (SA) Syllabus 2025

IB Security Assistant Selection Process 2025
The selection criteria for IB Recruitment 2025 include 3 levels as mentioned in the notification-

IB Security Assistant & MTS Syllabus 2025- Tier 2
Candidates who pass the Tier 1 exam must take the Tier 2 exam, which is further broken down into two sections.
- All applicants are required to translate a 500-word paragraph from the local language or dialect into English and vice versa in Part 1. This offline descriptive test will carry 40 marks and will take one hour to complete.
- Part 2 (only for SA/Exe.): Spoken ability [to be evaluated during the interview/personality test portion of the Tier-III exam]
The nature of the Tier-II test is qualifying. In Tier-2, the qualifying scores are 16 out of 40 for MTS/Gen and 20 out of 50 for SA/Exe.
IB Security Assistant & MTS Tier 3 (Interview)
Those who clear the Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams will be invited for the Intelligence Bureau interview round, which will be worth 50 marks. This will be the final round of the selection process and those who pass will be shortlisted to fill 1675 posts.
