Executive Branch Indian Navy SSC IT Notification 2025. Unmarried, eligible men and women are encouraged to apply for the Indian Navy’s Short Service Commission. Special Naval Orientation Course at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala, starting in June 2025. Candidates must meet the nationality requirements set forth by the Indian government.

Education Qualification :
- M.Sc/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science / Computer Engg. / IT
- MCA with BCA/BSc (Computer Science/ Information Technology)
Age :
Applicants may apply if they were born between July 2 2000, and January 1 2006. (Both dates included).

Total number of vacancies for SSC (IT) Executive course is 15.
Who Can Apply :
- Candidates may apply if they are in their final year at a university in India that was founded by an Act of the Central or State Legislature, or if they have graduated or post-graduated with a minimum of 60% in their cumulative grades or comparable CGPA.
- Applicants must have earned an engineering degree from a foreign university, college, or institution approved by the Indian government for this purpose, or an engineering degree or equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities founded under the AIU, Act 1973, with 60% of the possible points in the aggregate or an equivalent CGPA/System.
Selection Procedure :
- The candidates’ normalised scores from the qualifying degree will be used to shortlist their applications.
- For SSB shortlisting, candidates who have finished or are in their last year of BE/B Tech will be evaluated based on their grades up to the fifth semester.
- Candidates who have earned an MCA, M.Sc., or M.Tech. degree will have their grades from each semester taken into account. In every other situation, grades earned up until the pre-final year will be taken into account.
- Candidates with a National Cadet Corps Naval “C” certificate will have their cutoff scores for SSB shortlisting relaxed by 5%.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive an email or SMS (given by candidates in their application form) informing them of their selection for the SSB interview.
How To Apply :
With effect from December 29, 2024, candidates must register and submit their applications for the SSC (IT) on the Indian Navy website, www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. Candidates can submit documents and fill out their information ahead of time to save time during the application submission window.
