ITBP Exam Selection Process 2025

In this section we are going to know about the selection process of the ITBP examination for the general duty, Lets understand this in detail.

  1. Physical Efficiency Test(PET)
    This test is for testing the candidates physical efficiency, for male candidates they have to cover 1.6 km race within 7 minutes and 30 seconds, and for the female candidates they have to cover 800 meters in 4 minutes 45 seconds.
  2. Physical Standard Test(PST)
    It will check height for male should be 170 cm and for female it should be 157 cm. And for only male candidates chest will be measured which is as unexpanded 80 cm and expanded 85 cm.
  3. Written Examination
    After that there will be the written examination which will be conducted in offline mode as objective type for the 100 marks with 2 hours duration.
