NIACL Assistant Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2025

NIACL Assistant Selection Process 2025
Candidates proceed for selection for Assistant posts after successfully completing the Preliminary and Main Examinations. The main selection criteria are based on the final merit ranking of the candidates on the basis of their aggregate Main Examination marks. Candidates are required to first clear the Main Examination for verification of regional language test before getting the final selection.

NIACL Assistant Exam Pattern 2025
NIACL Assistant Examination 2025 will be conducted in two phases. The first stage will be prelims and the second stage will be mains exam. The preliminary examination will be of qualifying nature and to be eligible for the main examination candidates have to qualify for the preliminary exam. NIACL Assistant Prelims is the first stage of NIACL Assistant selection process. For detailed exam pattern candidates can check below details:

- The exam will have three different sections namely English Language, Reasoning and Numerical Ability.
- A total of 100 objective type questions will be asked for a total of 100 marks.
- The total duration of the exam will be 1 hour.

NIACL Assistant Mains Exam Pattern 2025
The second phase of the NIACL Assistant Exam selection process is NIACL Assistant Mains Exam. To be eligible for the Mains Exam candidates have to qualify for the prelims exam. It has total 5 subjects English Language, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness. Mains exam information is given below in marks and table.
- The total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes with a sectional timing as discussed below.
- The questions in the exam will be objective type.
- The mode of the exam will be Online.
