All candidates who applied for the Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) will take the test on June 15, 2025, for admission to the four-year B.Sc. B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed., and two-year B. Rajasthan PTET Selection Process
A merit list displaying the scores earned by each candidate will be created based on their performance on the 2025 PTET exam, which is the entrance exam for the B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. The allotment of college to the applicant will be made through an online counseling process based on their merit, as per his/her faculty, category, teaching subjects, choice of college filled, etc.
Rajasthan PTET Exam Pattern 2025
It is prior for the candidates to know the Rajasthan PTET exam pattern, total number of questions, total marks, topics to be included in the exam marking scheme etc. Understanding the exam pattern helps the candidates to prepare better preparation for the exam.
- The Rajasthan PTET exam will be held in offline mode (pen and paper).
- A total of 150 questions objective-type multiple-choice questions with at least four alternative answers will be asked.
- Topics to be asked in the PTET exam will be Mental Ability, Teaching attitude & Aptitude Test, General Awareness, and Language Proficiency.
- The exam will be held for a total of 03 hours.
- A total of 150 questions will be asked for a total of 600 marks.

Rajasthan PTET Counselling 2025
Candidates who qualify for the examination or score the minimum qualifying marks become eligible for the PTET Counselling session. During the counselling, candidates will be allotted seats in B.Sc B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed is based on your rank, college preference and number of seats available. Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs. 5000/- for online counselling through e-Mitra.
Rajasthan PTET 2025 Sheat Reservation
Reservation for Rajasthan domicile only will be made for Arts, Science, and Commerce faculties’ seats by the rules of the Government of Rajasthan. Candidates from other states will only be evaluated in the general category. Up to 5% of the seats available for each faculty will be awarded to candidates from other states based on their overall excellence.
