SSC Tech 65 Notification

Notification for B.E./B.Tech graduates regarding SSC Tech 65 and SSCW Tech 36. For the SSC Tech 65 and SSCW Tech 36 courses starting in October 2025 at the Pre Commissioning Training Academy, the Indian Army has published the notification. B.e./B.Tech graduates have the possibility to join the Indian Army through SSC Tech entrance without taking an exam. Every year, a large number of candidates eagerly await this opportunity to apply and appear before SSB.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

Specifically, the age range is 20–27 years old as of October 1, 2025 (born on or before October 2, 1998, and October 1, 2005, inclusive). Additionally, the date of birth that was entered during matriculation or secondary school will be accepted.

Gender:

Applications are open to both men and women.

Marital status:

Unmarried Men and unmarried Women candidates are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates are generally able to apply if they have completed the required engineering degree course or are in their final year of study.

Selection Procedure:

1. Shortlisting of application based on the cut off determined by Indian Army (This is a direct entry and hence there will be no written examination)

2. Intelligence and Personality test by Service Selection Board (SSB).

3. Merit List of selected candidates

How to apply:

1. Only online applications will be accepted at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
2. After selecting “Officer Entry Appln/Login,” select “Registration.” After carefully reading the instructions, complete the online registration form. Click “Apply Online” under Dashboard after registering.
3. It will open the “Officers Selection-Eligibility” page. Next, select “Apply” next to the Short Service Commission Technical Course option.
4. An “Application Form” page will appear. After carefully reading the instructions, click “Continue” to fill out the necessary information beneath each segment.
5. Personal information, communication information, educational information, and prior SSB information.
6. Before moving on to the next section, always select “Save & Continue.” You will be taken to a page called “Summary” of your information after completing the last section, where you can review and amend the entries you have previously made.
7. After carefully confirming that all the information has been entered correctly, click “Submit Now.”
8. Every time an applicant opens the application for editing, they must click “Submit Now.”
9. Thirty minutes following the last day’s final online application closure, candidates must remove two copies of their application with their roll number.

Date of SSB Interview:

The shortlisted candidate will receive an email informing them of their centre allocation. Candidates must choose their SSB dates, which are accessible on a first come, first served basis, by logging in to the website after the Selection Centre has been assigned.
