State Cooperative Bank Exams are conducted for the recruitment of the various candidates for the multiple banking positions like clerks, assistants, Probationary officers and managers. The selected candidates are going to work in the state corporative banks.

Exam pattern for Banking Exam

In this section we will know about the Exam pattern of the exam This examination consists of the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Interview and then document verification.

The preliminary examination is for the officer level posts which is a MCQ based exam of 60 minutes which contains the topics as English language, numerical ability and reasoning ability.

Candidates have to qualify the stages to give the main examination. this main exam consists of general awareness, banking and financial awareness/ the duration of this examination is 120 to 150 minutes. 

 The candidates who are shortlisted are qualified for the interview which will test the banking knowledge, decision making skills and overall skills. After clearing all these stages document verification will be done for the final selection.

In English language topics will be reading comprehension, clone test, para jumbles, synonyms and antonyms, error detection and sentence correction, idioms and phrases. 

In the Numerical ability and quantitative aptitude section it contains number system and simplification, percentage and ratio proportion, average, profit-loss, time, speed and the distance, data interpretation, probability and the permutation and combinations.

Reasoning and computer aptitude contains the coding decoding, blood relations, syllogisms, seating arrangements and puzzles, logical deductions, and the basic of the computers knowledge.

After that in the general awareness and banking section it contains the topics as current affairs, Indian economy, RBI functions and the important financial terms.
