State Electricity Boards Exam are conducted by various board to recruit the engineers, technicians, administrative staff for the management of power supply infrastructure. These exams are conducted to select the qualified professionals for the roles of electrical, mechanical and civil branches. 

Eligibility Criteria For SEB Exam 

For appearing the examination the candidate should meet the eligibility criteria,  

  • Education: For engineering posts B.E. /B.Tech. For technician diploma, ITI.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
  • Nationality: Must be Indian

Exam Pattern For SEB Exam 

The state electricity board examination consists of the different stages lets understand these stages one by one, 

  1. Written Examination
  2. Skill Test
  3. Interview/Personality Test
  4. Document Verification

The written examination is the first step of this exam this exam includes technical section, general awareness section, reasoning, aptitude questions and also the knowledge of English language. After that the skill test will be conducted which will test the practical knowledge.

After that the personality test will be conducted which will again evaluates the technical knowledge, problem solving skills abilities and the communication test.
