IBPS RRB Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2025
As per the selection process, IBPS RRB Syllabus 2025 is divided into two stages, Prelims and Mains. There are three stages for Officer Scale I or PO exam, the third stage is the interview round and there are three stages for Officer Scale II which is SO.

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern 2025 for PO, Clerk, Officer Grade-II & III Posts is discussed here.
- For IBPS RRB Clerk, there will be two stages of the exam – Prelims and Mains
- For IBPS RRB PO or Officer Scale I, there will be three stages of the exam – Prelims, Mains and Interview
- For IBPS Officer Grade II (General Banking Officer and Specialist Cadre) and III, there will be a single-window exam – IBPS Officer Grade II Exam and Interview
- For all the posts of IBPS RRB, candidates will have to clear each stage of the exam for their successful selection.
IBPS RRB Assistant Prelims Exam Pattern
Candidates are given a combined time of 45 minutes to complete the two sections, Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Candidates must clear the cut-off of each section. The cut-off for each section is decided by the team of IBPS depending on the level of difficulty of the paper.
